Can I exchange or return an item?
We have a no return/no exchange policy however, if you do have any issues with your product, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at support@kitawear.com and we will be happy to help you out!
What is your repair policy?
We offer a lifetime repair policy for all our products. If you need a repair for any product you've purchased from us, please contact our customer care team at support@kitawear.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and guide you through the repair process.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer a range of sizes that cater to diverse body types. You can refer to our size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit. If you need assistance, our team is always happy to help with personalised sizing inquiries.
How should I care for my KITA product?
At KITA, we’re dedicated to providing responsibly made clothing that stands the test of time. To keep your garments looking their best, we recommend dry cleaning. Additionally, if your piece ever needs repair, we offer a lifetime repair policy. We're committed to ensuring your KITA products stay loved and in use for as long as possible.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer multiple secure payment options to make your checkout process as smooth as possible, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and local payment methods depending on where you are.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we offer international shipping and provide free delivery worldwide, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy KITA.
What are the shipping timelines?
As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, we create each order specifically for you. For India-based orders, we ship within 7-10 business days. International shipments will typically be dispatched within 10 business days. If your order is delayed beyond this timeframe, we’ll notify you promptly. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
When will I receive the tracking information?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email notification with your tracking number, so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Will I be charged customs or import duties?
All product prices are inclusive of taxes but exclude customs duties. Any applicable customs or import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
We apologise if you've received a faulty item. Please rest assured that we go through a strict quality control process at our atelier before shipping out any orders, so such issues are rare. If you do encounter a problem, please contact our customer service team at support@kitawear.com as soon as possible. Provide as many details as possible (including your order number, the faulty item’s name, and photos of the issue) so we can assist you quickly. Our team will respond promptly to help resolve the issue.
Do you offer customisations or bespoke services?
Currently, we do not offer bespoke services. However, we are always open to considering special requests and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What should I do if I’ve ordered the wrong size?
While we don’t accept returns or exchanges, our team is happy to help with sizing questions before you order. Feel free to reach out to us for guidance on finding the perfect fit for you!
Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so we’re unable to accept cancellations or changes after 24 hours of placing your order. If you do wish to cancel, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
