RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We have a no return/no refund/no exchange policy however, if you do have any issues with your product, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at support@kitawear.com and we will be happy to help you out!
REPAIRS
We have a lifetime repair policy. If you have bought a product from us, which you would like to repair, please get in touch with our customer care team at support@kitawear.com and we will be happy to guide you through your repair process. We aim to repair your products within a week of us receiving it.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipping worldwide. All orders will be shipped within 7-10 working days of your purchase.
DELIVERY
All orders will be delivered within 10-15 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification to confirm once your order has been dispatched, if you require a tracking number please contact us at support@kitawear.com.
International customers please note: Items are shipped from our atelier based in Calcutta, India. If you order products for delivery outside of India, it may be subject to local import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order.
